          According to the company's technical lead, traditional electrolytic cells often suffer from issues such as rising cell voltage and uneven current distribution after prolonged operation. These issues lead to increased DC power consumption and result in cathode copper deposits that are granular or coarse-grained. By optimizing the conductive structure and electrode spacing, our new generation of electrolytic cells effectively lowers cell voltage while simultaneously maintaining stable performance under high current densities.

          2. Stable and Durable: Meeting the Demands of Continuous Operation

          Electrolytic cells operate continuously in environments characterized by high temperatures, high acidity, and high humidity, placing extremely rigorous demands on material corrosion resistance and structural integrity. Our electrolytic cells are constructed using reinforced polypropylene (PPH) or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). The tank body design effectively extends the equipment's service life, while optimized insulation systems and anti-creepage structures effectively prevent short-circuit faults between adjacent cells.

          Furthermore, the positioning accuracy of the electrodes within the cell reaches ±1 mm. This precision—combined with highly conductive copper busbar contacts—ensures a uniform distribution of current density, resulting in cathode copper plates that are flat and dense.
